Very disappointing experience at Walmart Pharmacy in Quincy. I came to pick up my medication and was told to wait 20 minutes. I waited the entire time, only to be told afterward that they didn’t have it available . Why make a customer wait 20 minutes if you could have checked and told them from the beginning? This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating. The communication and customer service need serious improvement.

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the pharmacy employees, Haddel. I showed her a discount card that my doctor had provided and politely asked if it could be applied to my prescription. Rather than checking, she responded by arguing that the amount I was already paying was low enough. I explained that I was simply asking her to verify whether the card could be used.
