I had an unpleasant experience with one of the pharmacy employees, Haddel. I showed her a discount card that my doctor had provided and politely asked if it could be applied to my prescription. Rather than checking, she responded by arguing that the amount I was already paying was low enough. I explained that I was simply asking her to verify whether the card could be used.
