The employees at this Pharmacy, that have contact with customers are very rude. I have had a communication 2 times in the last 2 days. If your employeesare having a bad, don't put them upfront or send them home. The second interaction was when I called to check to see if my prescription was ready. The phone was answered, no name was given, the person said thank you for calling Walmart, please hold. I was then placed on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up on the line.
I went in earlier today around 4pm or so, I’ve been getting my medication filled here for a while, usually via drive thru. Today I was in store grabbing a few things and thought why not grab my 1 prescription being it was NO line. Cool…nope a trainee (per her badge) was at the counter with a binder she made eye contact with me more than twice and never greeted me. They are awesome. They never give me a hard time or the run around. They tell me when I can get my refill and that’s when I get it. No complaints here.
Took to long , waited in the drive thru, the wundow lady was nice!
