I have been using this pharmacy for at least 5 yrs and have always loved it, fast service abd kind faces, but the last 2 visits the workers haven’t been very welcoming. Today, all i did is walk up to the window, waited patiently for her greet me. I said i was just trying to check a price of med with a manufacturer coupon and i looked on my phone for less than 5 secs for the code and she got an attitude and started rolling her eyes as if i was ruining her entire day. This is the third time calling them and hanging up the call some employe are very rude

The employees at this Pharmacy, that have contact with customers are very rude. I have had a communication 2 times in the last 2 days. If your employeesare having a bad, don't put them upfront or send them home. The second interaction was when I called to check to see if my prescription was ready. The phone was answered, no name was given, the person said thank you for calling Walmart, please hold. I was then placed on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up on the line.

I went in earlier today around 4pm or so, I’ve been getting my medication filled here for a while, usually via drive thru. Today I was in store grabbing a few things and thought why not grab my 1 prescription being it was NO line. Cool…nope a trainee (per her badge) was at the counter with a binder she made eye contact with me more than twice and never greeted me.
