At first I thought switching to this Walmart Pharmacy would be easy but I was WRONG! I have a pain care doctor and she sent my medication to this Walmart. Not only did this pharmacy WITHHOLD my medicine but the pharmacist took it upon herself, not once but TWICE because she thought what I was prescribed wasn't right for me. She doesn't have a medical degree. Woman working tge counter was kind, helpful, knowledgeable abd considerate. The Pharmacy Manager was very negative and began by stating what she could NOT do, while the lady helping me at the counter quickly and efficiently found what I needed. I think the wrong woman was wearing the Management ID badge. Definitely time for a change in manager
This pharmacy was completely disrespectful to my husband and I after his surgery. They have absolutely no respect for First Responders.
Very quick and efficient people not to mention friendly Juanita was a total gem to speak with I ordered my medicine through the phone and it was available the next day that's a simple and as best as it gets keep up the good work guys you deserve more than a 3.9
I'll try and make this short. This pharmacy treats you like a drug addict if you go to pick up your doctor-prescribed medications if they happen to be controlled substances. I'm sure they deal with drug addicts a lot, but I just don't understand why they would see someone picking up the same prescription every month at the same time for the same amount and think, "that person is irresponsibly abusing this medication." 2 stars because every other medication goes smoothly.
