Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone. Not ever. They never call you and tell you your prescription is ready. When you receive a text message that it’s ready and you arrive it’s back on the shelf and they have you wait 30min. My doctor sent a prescription yesterday at 1800, my prescription was supposed to be ready today by 1345 and now on the app (since I can’t talk to a person) says it won’t be ready until Saturday.
