Giving this pharmacy 3 stars because I have ran into a lot of issues with insurance approvals and such. Turns out the information entered into their system wasn't correct. I paid for medication for months. Until finally, Jose the tech helped me. He called the insurance and figured it out. The pharmacy techs before sometimes were even a little rude. Jose has helped me since then a few other times and he really is the best. 5 stars for Jose. 1 for everyone else. Lol.
Walmart pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone . This has been an on going issue for months. Last week I was really sick and I was trying to check the status of my prescription so I went in in person and stood in line for nearly 45 minutes just so they could tell me that they didn’t have my medication in stock. I’m switching pharmacies!!! Worst pharmacy ever!!!!
