The drive thru is very slow, They notify me that my prescription is ready and when I get here they tell me it’s a 30 minute wait
We picked up a large bottle of Tylenol at a good price.
Nope, this not it… They took my prescription in and never thought to try to fill it as a generic brand…My insurance stop paying for the name brand form of my medicine, and I was unaware at the time…When I tried to retrieve it they only said I needed a pre authorization, but they really needed to try to fill the off brand…. They didn’t attempt to call my insurance or try to run it as generic brand.
