Nope, this not it… They took my prescription in and never thought to try to fill it as a generic brand…My insurance stop paying for the name brand form of my medicine, and I was unaware at the time…When I tried to retrieve it they only said I needed a pre authorization, but they really needed to try to fill the off brand…. They didn’t attempt to call my insurance or try to run it as generic brand. They turned me away without further help… I had to figure everything out on my own with help of my doctor that prescribes my medi... read more
Jaja was truly amazing; she ensured I didn’t leave without finding a solution to receive my medicine, and her kindness was genuinely inspiring. And everyone in there was incredibly sweet and seemed like they all got along in perfect harmony.
