I had a prescription called in on Thursday. I go to pick it up Saturday evening at 6pm in the drive through & go ahead & send my credit card inside. The lady asked twice for my name and birthday. Then she proceeds to tell me nothing is called in. I knew it had been, so I offered my birthday one more time, just to be sure she had got it correct, and she said with the biggest attitude ever, “I HAVE THE BIRTHDAY”.
