Not answering the phone
Pharmacist refused to give my refill because my driver's license expired TODAY, on a Sunday. I've had the same prescription for years now & never had an issue. The only reason I give them my driver's license in the first place is to make it easy on everyone. Apparently since my license expired today, I'm not the same person. Now, I might could understand if it was a brand new prescription & I had never been there before but this was a refill. Both the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist couldn't care less about it.
