Great service fast and friendly
Pharmacist Ellen is a terrible person. Her and her Employees laughed at a person with a Mental illness. I won’t even shop there now.
Waited a long time on phone. Male pharmacist, refused to fill my medication. App said it was ready for pick up 2 days ago. I asked why he said "We do stuff differently here at Walmart!" (Aggressively). Then hung up on me. This is a general daily medication...
Switching pharmacies. They take forever to fill prescriptions, when calling they dont answer the phone and IF they do (IF) you will be met with no compassion and cut off during conversation they will let you know if prescriptions are done or not and then just hang up on you. Customer service needs to be trained throughout that department. Absolutely disappointing people that work here.
Terrible service via phone lately. Not helpful in the slightest. Will not be coming here.
