Walmart Pharmacy on Saratoga is the BEST! Been going there for years. Always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Elaina, Jessica, “Richard” (he looks like Richard Gere), Tucker and Steven!
Staff is always helpful. The pharmacist always goes over your medications with you. Competitive prices.
I am baffled at the call experience I had today with the pharmacy. I had a pre-authorization for a medication sent to my physician by the pharmacy, filled out to be sent to my insurance, where it was then approved. A pre-authorization brings the charge down to $0. With this news, I make a call to the pharmacy to ensure everything when through on their side, however, I was met with a rude male worker on the phone.
