This place is AMAZING!!!! My doctor’s office messed up and did not send in a medication when they thought they did. I went after work to pick up a FERTILITY medication I had TO START THAT NIGHT for IVF they did not have it! I got ahold of my doctor from the on call line and they called the medication in at 6:24 pm, I rushed to the pharmacy got to the counter 10 mins before close, medication was not ready!!!! Do not use Walmart pharmacy we thought it would be a good place for me to get my prescriptions at instead of CVS pharmacy. Well low and behold was I mistaken from the moment that we started to use Walmart pharmacy they did not have my prescription ended up having to go back to three times in one day even after calling my doctor and having them resend the subscription over to them they still didn’t have it in all honesty. Don’t use Walmart pharmacy. It’s better to go elsewhere because they don’t have their shit on straight
Hate this pharmacy the way they allow customer service to be i have to call back 3 times just to see what time they are closed for lunch, or how long my medication will take to be ready other than location convenience this this pharmacy sucks
NO. Never again. An hour after my scrip was sent over by the dentist, I go to pick it up, to be asked "Can we push this back an hour? We're about to go to lunch." You have GOT to be kidding me. My mistake for not having it sent to Costco in the first place- a mistake that I've since rectified, and will not make again.
