Today was my first experience ever at a Walmart pharmacy. Usually we get our prescriptions from another large national retailer that I will not name (but also starts with Wal) because Walmart is not a preferred pharmacy with my insurance. Decided to try Walmart today because of repeated issues with medication availability at our usual pharmacy and having to drive to the pharmacy if I wanted to talk to someone in person. Here, there’s always someone ready to assist and engage in conversation. The checkout processes are seamless and effective. The staff is familiar with me and consistently offers a warm welcome.
