They are holding my prescription hostage. I asked to transfer to another pharmacy and they said they need the other pharmacy to call and request. They have half a dozen times but the "fax isn't working". They said call and have them ask for verbal and then when the new pharmacy called to do that they refused to do it!
Never answers the Phone!!
Excellent staff. Explain things to me. Very kind and helpful. Call me by my name. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
