Didn’t care for the csr who rang me up. She questioned, in a rude condescending way, why I didn’t want to pay $19 for a prescription when It had already been reduced. I had a coupon to reduce it further because I like doing things with my money that help my cash flow, so any dollar I can save I will. Also, might I add, I wasn’t rude or nasty which could’ve caused an issue. The csr wasn’t friendly and there was no identified line for customers.
