Called to have my prescriptions transferred to walmart. The tech acted like he had no idea what was happening. Asked 4 times what I was needing. I responded with just "yes" and he was still confused. Definitely 2nd guessing the transfer.
Steve has to be hands down the best pharmacist around.
I'm going on a trip out of town and I'm on a mental health medication that I really need. Of course my prescription runs out the morning of my trip and so I called them first thing in the morning to make sure that I would be able to pick it up before I got to the airport on my way out of town. I show up and they're super busy as always, I wait in line for 15 minutes and when I get to the front they said that it would be another 20 minutes for it to be ready. For somebody that needs a mental health medication this is terrible... read more
