I recently lost my insurance and had a prescription I desperately needed filled. I called and spoke with Crystal and it was going to be $115. I had to have so I told them to fill it. Crystal called me back, a few minutes later, and told me how to get a savings card for my med. I signed up for it and it ended only costing me $27! She really went out of her way to help me! This is why I use this pharmacy. They care about their customers and go the extra mile! Thanks so much for hiring Crystal, Walmart. She is a true asset!
Doctor sent my prescription there before 3pm. I went there at 4pm and was told the waiting time was 30mins. Thirty mins later i was told they needed another 30 mins and they just put it in the system. Is this professional?
