The pharmacy techs at this location are consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve had to return multiple times just to get my prescription corrected, and even after clearly explaining the dosage and quantity needed, they still managed to get it wrong. Most notably, Becca—the lead pharmacy technician—was incredibly disrespectful. When I calmly reiterated the correct information, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Becca from the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She not only couldnt explain even the basics of what was going on with my prescription but she also decided to cowardly trash talk as I walked away, saying I should go back to my old pharmacy. I get she's probably stressed but get a different job if you cant handle being professional to customers.
Great staff, super friendly and knowledgeable.
