Pharmacy staff have all been very kind and patient- wonderful to work with whether over the phone or in person!
The pharmacy techs at this location are consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve had to return multiple times just to get my prescription corrected, and even after clearly explaining the dosage and quantity needed, they still managed to get it wrong. Most notably, Becca—the lead pharmacy technician—was incredibly disrespectful. When I calmly reiterated the correct information, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending tone.
