There is a new pharmacist who started working there recently, she is 10/10 helpful, she goes above and beyond for all patients, she’s helped me a few times and went as far as calling university of Maryland after my moms heart surgery to get updated meds.
Ive been using this pharmacy for years and the staff is very helpful. Except This one tech. She is so difficult, she used to be professional but recently she has been so impolite and unhelpful and unfortunately we have to get all our meds switched over to a different pharmacy. I dont understand how this can keep going unchecked.
