Not as professional as I need my pharmacy to be. Used to be better!
I take a lot of medications (17 or 18). I had a kidney transplant and will lose the kidney if miss one dose of my immunosuppressants. I have had several conversations with the pharmacist, the most responsive one was a "floater". My meds are often (actually always) not ready when I go there, and they fail to tell me what is going on, so I have to wait while they scramble to get them ready, this is despite an automated call from them to me saying they are ready. Staff working in customer service desk are ridiculously unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
Worst experience ever employees don’t want to work they igonore you nd they never had medication available there
