I take a lot of medications (17 or 18). I had a kidney transplant and will lose the kidney if miss one dose of my immunosuppressants. I have had several conversations with the pharmacist, the most responsive one was a "floater". My meds are often (actually always) not ready when I go there, and they fail to tell me what is going on, so I have to wait while they scramble to get them ready, this is despite an automated call from them to me saying they are ready.
