I want to take a moment to recognize the pharmacy team at Walmart on Old Denton & Hebron in Carrollton. I’ve been coming here since 2013, and over the years, they have consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. For the last three days I've been waiting on a prescription to be filled. Today when I called, the automated system said it was currently being filled, but wouldn't be available for pickup until tomorrow afternoon. This wasn't the first time the automated system gave me the wrong information, so I chose to follow up with a pharmacist before ending the call. Sonali is a wonderful pharmacist. She was very friendly and funny, and when she gave me a flu shot and it didn't even hurt. She's doing a great job, and I highly recommend her. Thank you!
