Needed antibiotics for a surgery I had. Medicaid wouldnt respond and I offered to pay out of pocket for the medicine and they wouldnt let me. Told me to wait and try to contact my doctor, I got her on the phone for him as he asked and I was then ignored by everyone there. His reasoning for not letting me pay was because if they let me pay instead of medicaid then they could lose their Medicaid? Never heard of this. My doctor hadnt heard of this issue either so I'm not sure if he was just confused or just didnt care.

These folks are the best. They take time to explain things to you if you have any questions. Friendly and fast service.
The pharmacy department said they closed for lunch at 1:30. I got there at 1:15. The pharmacy is closed. Ok I came 40 mins away to wait another 30 mins or so?? I have a lot going with health issues and trying to work 2 jobs. I'm just trying to help someone that lives 3 mins away that is very sick.
