Called in 3 times, first time I had to wait for my doctor to approve everything which is ok but then the next two times a guy who sounded kinda young like in his 20s or maybe 30s answered and told me my insurance doesn’t cover my meds and to call my doctor. I called back in to confirm what he said like 1 hour later, and he said the same thing.
