Horrible customer service. They claimed they couldn't locate my prescriptions and were very rude. I called the online pharmacy and they called the store and moved it to online. They mark prescriptions ready for pick up. When you show up they tell you it's not ready as well and make you wait 40 mins.
The Pharmacy just keeps getting worse. The Drive Thru usually a massive line. Pull up today and this lady is told she has to wait an hour. She is upset because this keeps happening to her.I put in an order yesterday and it said it would be ready at 2:30 today. My turn. I am told another half an hour. This was at 4:30. I put the order in yesterday around the same time. Blah blah some lame excuse. I leave and get a text saying it's now ready when I'm down the Road. Normally fills my medication within 10 minutes!!! Excellent drive-thru service.
Service is always amazing! Sherri is amazing. Unfortunately I've been sick for the last few months and I've had to get many prescriptions filled. One day I started to cry in frustration and Sherri stepped in to assist a stranger. She went above and beyond. She's definitely an asset to the company
