I contacted the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Hephzibah, GA (Store #2465) on 3697 Windsor Spring Rd on Thursday February 5, 2026 at 3:18PM via phone and inquired on the pickup status of medication for my mother who has cancer. I was told the order would be ready between 5 or 6 PM of the same day February 5,2026. When I arrived to pickup the medicine I was told that only medicine could be filled which was Rampril for blood pressure. Awesome staff and great customer services
You call for your refill the night before an you go to pick your stuff up 2 hrs after it said it would be ready you get its not ready were short staffed every time .
Been on hold 3 times, tech never came back to the phone. Now the phone is constantly ringing with no answer.
