Exposing the truth! A warning to all Walmart customers! A few months ago, I found I was short $5 in change while shopping at Walmart. I was furious and never went back. Today I went to Walmart again, this time paying in cash and checking the amount immediately. I found I was $10 short. I didn't leave the checkout counter. Josen was awesome! 4 stars go to him 1 for the guy in the back! My insurance was weird, and my medication got transferred from another walmart, which made everything get screwed up, and they still took time out of their break to help me! Absolutely awesome! Thanks, Josen!
Absolutely terrible experience. Was quoted 15 minutes for prescription, ended up waiting an hour. Pharmacist on duty, Diane Tran was extremely rude. Told me aggressively to wait, and that filling prescriptions wasn't "like making pizza". I'm generally understanding and know people can have bad days or be overworked, and I don't expect every interaction to be sparkles and sunshine, but there is zero need to be downright rude and condescending.
