Went to the pharmacy said it would be 30min for the prescriptions. I shop and go back then they tell me it will be 15 more minutes I wait and they close for lunch so I had to wait several more hours because I had an appointment would have been nice for them to at least just say from the beginning we are backed up won’t be ready until after lunch. I won’t be back a waste of time energy and money!
My sister went to the Troy pharmacy and waited one. hour. for a prescription that was allegedly filled according to Walmart text notification. Seven staffers were insider the pharmacy and yet she waited even longer despite being moved to "critical". I understand staffing and wait issues but if the staffing is there, and if the prescription was previously communicated as filled, there should be accountability on whether or not the prescription is actually filled.
Very nice people every time, it's all about perspective, I hear a lot of whining and complaining on these reviews. Just like the rest of the world for the most part, whinebags. Thanks Troy Walmart pharmacy for being great at what you do!
Just too slow. Can take over a day to fill stuff. Update: they got better. 3 stars is because there is 1 absolutely lazy, cranky lady that is in the front who acts like she knows more then an actual doctor does and tries to tell you how to take the meds. She is just a cashier.
Hally the pharmacist here is exceptional! I am changing careers paths and have been worried about prescription costs with out insurance ; she helped me get my prescription at an affordable price with out insurance, and helped ease all of my anxiety! Thank you for your exceptional service Hally!
