The pharmacist Ms.Renu was incredibly helpful and patient when I had questions about potential interactions with my new medication. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident and at ease. I wanted to recognize the pharmacist who went above and beyond to work with me.
Today Collette offered prompt and professional assistance to my husband’s prescription needs. He needed a big supply of his regular medication because of his upcoming travels, and we’re glad the pharmacy staff were all very patient and understanding. THIS PHARMACY REFUSES TO ACCEPT GOODRX OR SINGLECARE DISCOUNTS ANYMORE! I had to pay triple the amount of my script than I should have due to them refusing to accept the codes. Even though both sites say that Walmart pharmacy will accept the codes. Terrible customer service and care. They also refused to fill until the day before I was out of my script, so they blocked me from being able to transfer the script. I’ve never had so many issues trying to get my medicine. Refused to fill my prescription because my doctor was based in Austin. Glad there are literally 30 other options. Don't know why they won't accept a licensed doctor prescription.
