Worst pharmacy to go to. The pharmacist could care less, said one word to me then walked off. I ran out of needles for insulin he told me that “This” Walmart isn’t allowed to sell unless I pick up my medicine from that pharmacy Walmart. I use Walmart pharmacy to get my medicine, so my info is in the system. He told me it wasn’t. But when I called the other Walmart they said they were confused why he said that and wouldn’t give me any needles. I know have to go an extra day without insulin. Moving my business elsewhere now.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Walmart Pharmacy team. The staff were unprofessional and rude, showing no respect to customers. I was given an appointment time, only to be told when I arrived that there was no record of it—this has happened more than once, which shows a complete lack of organization and honesty. The employees are nice of you're nice to them. Atleast in my experience. I had originally given this place 5 starts but the manager or the new pharmacist has a ego problem and thinks everyone is a drug addict because of the area. Everyone else is very pleasant though. Would give 5 stars if not for the one or two pharmacists. Not the older black gentleman or the one with the arm tattoo. They are nice and actually care about you
This store is a very bad store. The entire pharmacy staff are very terrible. There was no line at all. I came to pay for the OTC medication. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician refused to check me out. I even asked for only five items to be checked out, the pharmacist himself came am walked me out. No other person was in the line. This is very bad.
