You would think that at Walmart pharmacy, when looking at your account for a refill, and see two of the same medication, sent on the same day, at different doses, they would bring it up before refilling the lower one. Nope, they didn't care. (was told is standard when they see more than one) Found out when I got home so they will not take it back. Went to pick up a perscription for my company and since its a corporate perscription for animals I didnt have a last name or a date of birth. I never, ever once needed to provide a last name or dob for perscriptions to pick up since it is just under my company's name. Ive never been asked to provide one either when the perscriptions are called in. the older lady who was helping me was extreamly rude, scolded me infront of everyone.
