The Walmart Pharmacy in Howell truly has the best pharmacy staff! I needed an antibiotic prescription transferred from CVS, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Even though CVS wouldn’t answer the phone for hours and repeatedly kept the Walmart pharmacy staff on hold, they never gave up trying. From about 9:15 Monday morning until nearly 4:00 in the afternoon, they worked tirelessly alongside me to get my prescription transferred so I could start the medication I needed. You would think that at Walmart pharmacy, when looking at your account for a refill, and see two of the same medication, sent on the same day, at different doses, they would bring it up before refilling the lower one. Nope, they didn't care. (was told is standard when they see more than one) Found out when I got home so they will not take it back.
