I can’t speak to the past or anyone else’s experiences- but this pharmacy always has what I need! My dogs are on medications that typically aren’t kept in stock or require ordering by the pharmacy. Other pharmacies have quoted several days or up to a week to get them in. Welp- my dog CANNOT wait that long for a refill. I try my hardest to refill ahead of time- but I have adhd and work 4 jobs sooooo…. I’m human you know. I take the blame there. I love this pharmacy they are so efficient and refill prescriptions so fast. I will say that I’ve dealt with some not so friendly representatives who have made me feel like a burden, but very rarely does that happen I feel like this staff is mainly full of people who are generally helpful and kind. But Chloe is so amazing and friendly she has amazing customer service she never makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience she always answers the phone with such a cheerful demeanor and is so helpful.
I am met with the rudest most dismissive customer service every time I have to pick up my prescription through the drive through. Lighten up.
Thank you Amy and Wmt pharmacy! You went the extra mile to fill my prescription quickly and even helped me with an unexpected car issue in the drive thru
