Totally over the line bad service, mostly before it goes out, but it sure sends the overall confidence way down. They wouldn't have it any other way. No automated payment, and that's perfect for them -- (one of their best tricks is billing an old card -- since we don't get prescriptions everyday). It's got to be bad management involved because it's everyone or almost everyone you will talk with.
Walmart Home Delivery from here is terrible. It's even worse that I have to deal with an out of state company in the first place. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I called for refill & they said they would be processed like they have the whole last year. After a week of no medication arriving I called again & now was told for the refill I needed to get authorizations from the insurance & to call the doctors.
