TERRIBLE! I called to confirm my prescription was ready- gals tells me yes - itll be ready this afternoon! ok great I’ll come after work! - I drive out of my way to stop to collect it and they say “oh it’s NOT READY?” Huh? Ok when will it be ready? Oh, it’s out of stock! OMG why didn’t you tell me this morning! Oh That lady would not have known?? Right hand does not know what left hand is doing - totally unorganized. Any other pharmacy would have called us to tell us. Do yourself favor! DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!
No post in store or online that they close for lunch. This visit they opened at 2pm. No idea how long. Staff less than excited to be in the customer service industry!!
Parking lot is filled with trash and the bathrooms are gross...so sad!
Practical blew me off and told me pick up my prescription 24 hrs later worst pharmacy couldn’t give me a explanation why I had 24 hrs it wasn’t busy when I arrived
