What is with this pharmacy? It seems like they're just making their own hours, and rules. I called at 6:45 on a Friday after my daughter left a pediatric urgent care visit. Was told the pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes and I'd have to wait until the next day. Yet, on the website, they're open until 9pm on Fridays and 7pm Saturday. I know for a fact I've picked up prescriptions after 7pm on Fridays. So did we just decide to close early that day? No explanation given by the woman who answered my call. I Love The Pharmacy Staff They Truly The Sweetest People And Very Professional
I ended up having to file a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy / Florida Department of Health because of Christine Huynh Van, the Pharmacist here. Refused to fill a prescription because the doctor wasn't local, even though I've had the exact same doctor with the exact same prescription filled at this pharmacy previously. Horrible customer service experience with clueless people.
