Terrible,, I called to check on my prescription, and the lady that Answered the phone, Literally Forgot about me.. She told me herself, "Ma'am I'm sorry I forgot you were on hold " " I can't believe you stayed on the phone, most people would have cussed me out " I was on hold for 24 minutes.. And was told that out of the Pharmacist Mouth.. I just said WOW... How Unprofessional is that.. 🙄
