To make a long story short... Very unfriendly and unhelpful, they have no idea that the customer is alway right EVEN if he/she is COMPLETELY wrong! Customer service sucks. Yes!In order to transfer my script I gave them phone # to the wrong Publix.... For crying out loud! Is this SO hard to ask them which Publix has my prescription since they have SAME COMPUTER SYSTEM! The Staff and Pharmacist are very kind, caring and helpful. They take the time to understand individual needs and concerns and they helped me tremendously to understand new prescriptions. They truly went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate them.
Always quick and texting auto refills are a plus.
Don’t tell someone their prescription is gonna be ready in 10 if you know it’s gonna be 30 minutes plus.
Never have a problem....never a long wait .. Walmart always has my prescriptions ready
