Great pharmacy and an even greater staff. When you call about a prescription, you don’t get sent to a voicemail like CVS or Walgreens, you speak directly with a knowledgeable human being. I want to give a positive shout‑out to Desiree and Nyla for their exceptional service. It truly doesn’t get any better than that.
My favorite staff members are Desiree, Nyla, Cindy, Aurora, and Alan, always demonstrate exceptional professionalism, to you as a customer. There is one staff member that needs to possibly be retrained in regards to customer service etiquette and her name is Artie, even though her english is not the greatest she rudely attempts to correct you when engaging with another staff member, I don't appreciate that nor her condescending attitude. I would have given 5 Stars but due to Artie I can only give 4.
