This pharmacy tries EVERY TIME to charge me 4x more than my Rx costs through my insurance. I've filled 4 scripts here, and twice I've had to file a dispute with my insurance to get reimbursed. Last month they accepted my insurance for my $15 Rx. One month later they're arguing with me about how it's now $54 and it's my insurance, not them, who's at fault. I was out of town for a wedding and realized I didn’t have my medication. I went to the nearest Walmart to order medicine this Walmart reply within minutes speed refill necessary medication for me to be on my way and have productive time with my family. Thank you my friends at Walmart in Oswego
I have had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. My meds are always ready faster than they say they will be, they always look for the best price, the team has been friendly, responsive and helpful. The pharmacist has been kind and informative. We have a lot of prescriptions here and I’ve told other family members to move over here. The prices and the service are the best.
Worst customer service.they put me on hold for 33 mins and then hang up the phone when I went to the store same things. She put someone on hold for like 10 mins then I left.worst customer service I am going to change the pharmacy
Have been using this pharmacy for years, people are nice. Only issue is sometimes the medication I need is not in stock which isn't really their fault but ultimately big pharma.
