Caren was very helpful with getting my meds reduced with Good Rx, in fact, she’s always very friendly and efficient! The pharmacist, Michelle, helped me understand the new meds ordered, when to take them, etc and did it in a professional, caring way using words that anyone could understand. Both very pleasant to deal with during my visit today.

They can’t keep up with their own lies nor does the pharmacy manager know the correct state laws and will make up her own “state laws”. when asked why her why her staff dispensed my medication illegally for 3 years without notifying me she had nothing to say and refused my prescription (which is fine by me) but some accountability for the surprise I was greeted with when I arrived for my prescription to pick it up would have been nice. instead the manager had no communication skills. when i started to ask questions it immedi... read more
