Since the pharmacy relocated inside the store, service is extremely slow. Call-in prescriptions take 24-48 hours to get filled, regular refills take 24 to 60 hours to get refilled, wait times for drop off prescriptions are 20 minutes in line, then 6 to 24 hours to get prescriptions filled. I don’t know why these times have expanded so greatly, but I am definitely considering changing pharmacies. Five stars because Crystal is awesome, great customer service, she took the time to call me back when the previous employee did the bare minimum. She could have not called me back and left me with the previous lady response (no effort to even see what the issue could be). I would be waiting about a week for my medication card when nothing was wrong with the info I provided.
