My doctor called in my script 1 pm Wednesday. They didn't take it off the phone, called at 5pm told me the doctor didn't call it in but they just didn't take it off the voicemail. Told my doctor be ready Thursday. Go there at closing Thursday told me they didn't fill it STILL, and should be filled today? I've never had any pharmacy that operated like this? Very disappointed. I wish I went somewhere else.
As for customer service in the pharmacy 🤩DEMITRIUS is awesome alway respectful with a smile and I appreciate that and He doesn’t mind if you ask a couple extra questions, which sometimes we need to do right! But when I did call a little earlier speaking to a different person over the phone, which I do not recall her name, it was a woman with a non-American accent, Honestly, she was pretty rude and I understand it can be pretty busy as I am a server at a restaurant that gets really busy at times but still with that said I sh... read more
