Worst I’ve ever experienced. Automated phone system doesn’t function properly, forcing customers to call pharmacy staff. Staff puts customers on hold and eventually the automated phone system drops the call.
Called on hold 30 minutes. I hung up thinking maybe a problem. Called back again and on hold for 40 minutes and at 6:58 they picked up and hung up. Terrible service
On hold for 30 minutes and they hung up. Happens every month. Maybe Publix has some customer service.
What a lousy pharmacy. Called to see if my prescriptions that were called in Friday morning were ready. They put me on hold so long I actually drove there to see how busy they were. As I arrived, they hung up on me at 32 mins 22 secs. Then I find out that 2 of them have not yet been filled, but the person had no idea why. I need to switch to a more intelligent place. So fed up! By the way, they weren't busy either!
April 2025 My doctor called in my script 1 pm Wednesday. They didn't take it off the phone, called at 5pm told me the doctor didn't call it in but they just didn't take it off the voicemail. Told my doctor be ready Thursday. Go there at closing Thursday told me they didn't fill it STILL, and should be filled today? I've never had any pharmacy that operated like this? Very disappointed. I wish I went somewhere else. UPDATE November 2024 STILL no communication lack of. I went in FRIDAY to get refill. Tech said refill expired. ... read more
