We have used this pharmacy for a few years now and we love the pharmacists and staff. They truly care about our family and make the process of managing medications for our special needs kids way more enjoyable. Highly recommend them!
I used to like this pharmacy, but something happened to it recently. I don't know if they need another pharmacist or more pharmacy technicians, but they're so understaffed that it takes them over a week to get a prescription ready. I learned this recently when I tried to get 2 important Rx filled and they were delayed beyond belief. This never happened at this pharmacy or anywhere in this city or any state I've lived in before. Good people. Friendly and helpful but the automated phone system is for the birds— very frustrating. Never ran into an unkind worker there. They handle my prescriptions and insurance seamlessly.
What ever you do, do not call this location 15min before they close. They like to put you on hold so they can close up early. So just be prepared to be ignored. Staff should do a better job of customer service or adjust the hours to 6:30 pm close. Unprofessional.
Years as a client. I've never had a problem.
