VERY RUDE!!!! not nice at all, these people should not have a job here if they aren’t happy with it!! I came to this pharmacy to get my medicine. The clerk claimed that She doesn’t take my insurance. I looked up the pharmacy through my insurance and they said that I was in network. I spoke to someone on the phone. VERY RUDE!!!! not nice at all, these people should not have a job here if they aren’t happy with it!!
There are friendly staff here, my only issue is, doesn’t seem to ever be a sense of urgency with them.. even if line is backed up clerks can be oblivious and continue talking to customers and each other 🤦♀️. I work in patient care , kindness matters , and it’s not like everyone needs to be a robot , but we also have to be aware peoples time matters too..I have to plan my pick ups for when I have no time constraints
By far one of the best, if not THE best, pharmacy in the corner of the state. Pharmacists and techs are speedy, helpful, kind, funny, and so respectful. These guys grind down those long lines with some major speed, they mean business! They work so hard, I hope they never leave, they are dearly loved by everyone!
