I just sat on hold for 23 min only to be told you are closed .. I have no lunch break left. I didn't get to eat. I no longer want to give my money to you. Trying to obtain medication or information from your pharmacy is simply no longer worth the effort. Shamefully bad business. This kind of stuff is WHY Amazon is winning your business away.

Someone from the FDA or the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy please investigate this place. What are these people doing with our medication’s? How do they get called in then mysteriously disappear or you “never had them”? We literally have an app that says our medications have been filled and are ready for pickup. When I moved back from Kansas, I went right back to this walmart pharmacy. The one on bert kouns the people are not as friendly as the pharmacy in Bossier. The staff remembers you when u walk up to the counter. They very very friendly, professional and are always ready to help. If ur medication is not ready they say give them 30 min to get it done, but they work so fast it will b ready in 10 or 15 min. This is the ONLY pharmacy I will use and I drive from shreveport and cross the bridge to get my medication.
