Unwilling to assist in insurance reimbursement that was their error and within their ability to fix. Staff did not know how to do this, therefore told me it cannot be done and I have no options. Medicaid cannot reimburse me for bills they were never charged. Obviously. Staff refused to retroactivly bill medicaid, refused to transfer me, rude and completely unhelpful. Stole my money. This pharmacy is amazing! Yvette and Kate give fantastic service. Roman has been been taking care of me there for years and never hesitates to go above and beyond to help a customer. They are lucky to have such genuinely kind and dedicated staff there. If you need a new pharmacy, this Walmart is where you should go!
As a nurse, I have to work with pharmacies all across the metro area. This is the one I use personally. I’ve always gotten friendly service and a prompt response.
