I get spammy scammy calls from this number
Unwilling to assist in insurance reimbursement that was their error and within their ability to fix. Staff did not know how to do this, therefore told me it cannot be done and I have no options. Medicaid cannot reimburse me for bills they were never charged. Obviously. Staff refused to retroactivly bill medicaid, refused to transfer me, rude and completely unhelpful. Stole my money.
