The automated computer tried to help was not much help at all when I asked questions that could not answer after I asked for a pharmacy tech. It kept telling me it could help. It hadn’t helped yet so I started repeating saying tech computer finally gave up and gave me a tech And by the way, the music that you listen to on hold is horrible. It’s creepy and annoying.

I cannot believe that this pharmacy had my most recent insurance on file when I did not come here for at least 8 years. My previous pharmacy gave me such a hard time that I knew it was time to switch back to Walmart. I'm so glad I did.
I switched to Walmart pharmacy about a month ago and have been pleased with their service over the phone and in person. They have been polite, understanding, helpful, and cheaper than my previous pharmacy. The only downside is that there is no drive through!
