The automated computer tried to help was not much help at all when I asked questions that could not answer after I asked for a pharmacy tech. It kept telling me it could help. It hadn’t helped yet so I started repeating saying tech computer finally gave up and gave me a tech And by the way, the music that you listen to on hold is horrible. It’s creepy and annoying.
