The tire place and oil change place is a shit show I ordered my tires a week ago went in today to get them installed the store confirmed they seen everything was paid in full and my tires were in store and they ran into a issue getting me checked in for some reason the manager was not helpful she could not come up with a solution so that I can get my tires installed after driving 2 hours a way no one seem to know what they can do or what to do customer service was not helpful either highly do not recommend also they do not a... read more
Tech Angelica was extremely rude over the phone. She responded to everything with “yeah” or “I don’t know”. Told me I had to order medication that wasn’t in stock and I asked if they could hold it to ensure nobody bought it…she told me “nobody gets that medication anyway”. Not helpful in the slightest and very unprofessional….ended the phone call with her hanging up on me.
