The cashiers in the pharmacy always act like they’re being held against their will and like you’re bothering them by wanting your medicine. They’re always combative and bitchy when you call in to check your medication status and act like it’s your fault when they don’t have standard prescriptions in stock. Even my doctor’s offices hates dealing with them. Go find a locally owned pharmacy. They’ve got better prices and don’t have horrible judgmental attitudes towards people just wanting their meds.
I absolutely hate their pharmacy, the process is too slow, & always have been. I always have my prescriptions sent to the Oakwood pharmacy location and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes there. I’m not sure why it’s faster at one location and not the other. I forgot to update my information with my OB and my scripts were sent to the Sparkman location. I will not make that mistake again.
