This place was extremely busy but the cashiers were very pleasant and kind. She apologized for the wait and was very reassuring to my service. I appreciated her. I wish I got her name. This was in the pharmacy.
Long time client who spends most of my disability check at Walmart. About $500 per month, mostly deliveries. I have to sign for orders or they don't arrive. But today the driver took my code, said he was coming back with stuff then just LEFT. Robbing a disabled customer! Do NOT use this delivery service they are thieves. Walmart offered $10 for taking money that I won't get back for a week. You lose Walmart. Hope others take my advice!
I ended up dropping my pill medication on the ground shortly after I got home from the Walmart Pharmacy. I called them and asked if I could get them swapped for new ones. They would do it, but they said I would have to pay out of pocket ($127) without insurance coverage. Plenty of pharmacies to choose from and I won't be going back to this one again.
Went to one line to pick up Rx. Signed some things on the signature pad. Then, directed to another line to present insurance cards. Finally, back to the pick-up line to get the Rx. Probably efficient for the business to keep things compartmentalized, but not a customer-friendly experience.
