I have visited this pharmacy multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service from Alyssa and Joshmarie has been consistently unprofessional. Their attitude often comes across as if they dislike working there, which makes customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable when seeking assistance. They are not friendly or approachable. I have been using this pharmacy for years. No matter which pharmacist or customer service representative is there that day. They are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Why does any department have a phone number if nobody besides the pharmacist picks up a phone is this customer service.
Jeff is the best pharmacist. He’s just a joy to be around.
