I really enjoy going to this pharmacy. I always feel so welcomed. Kassandra is a sweetheart and is always so kind and friendly to me and my family. She’s always goes above and beyond to help. Jeff and Miguel are both amazing pharmacists! They are always there to answer any questions I may have. Super sharp, patient and very knowledgeable. Awesome leadership skills and their customer service is exceptional. Everyone is always working together as a team.
Absolutely love Jeff and Miguel, the pharmacists and some of the pharmacy techs. Melissa, however is extremely rude and unprofessional. She treats me and my husband terrible. Very cavalier attitude. She talks about patients behind their backs. I caught her speaking badly about me, because I was overcharged and she made comments about how she couldn’t believe I called about a $3 charge that was owed back to me. Just super unprofessional.
