Always has my prescriptions without me having to call and hunt them down.
For some reason these people just keep forgetting that prescriptions are sitting there. I will call to have them filled, be told that they're going to be filled, and then they are not. My doctors will will send a prescription over and they will not fill it until I call them to tell them to fill it. I shouldn't have to do their job for them. Wow … night and day change coming to this Walmart from the Monona Walmart. I went to this Walmart and was able to get someone to open the watch cabinet within 7 min.i went at the SAME time as I went yesterday… and ironically the girl Who was working in the fitting rooms was busy helping customers and it still took less time. The bratty guy at Monona must have needed a diaper change. He just could not be bothered! He HAD to get his merchandise put away first and then he helped customers. I was there on 5/30-5 230ish
Alice is single-handedly why my family continues to use Walmart pharmacy. She is kind, caring, and does a fantastic job explaining medications, side effects, and how to's. She knows her regular patients/clients on a first name basis and remembers their individual needs. She always goes above and beyond!
