For the second time they've shortened me insulin pens! The first time they claim it was all they had available, and the second time a staff member gave me multiple versions of different excuses, even blamed it on me for not opening the bag. Withholding a full script is illegal, when youre doing it to save the company money. Reporting this ASAP to my doctor, and then the State.

My son's insurance got changed and we gave the pharmacist member number, she couldn't figure it out how to put it in the system to get it worked, I transferred to Walgreens and it worked for them immediately. Also, we had Wegovy prescription for over 3 months and they were saying they were short in stock, no one called to follow up to see what we could do, again I transferred to Walgreens and we got it available to pick up the same day!
