Shout out to the amazing ladies at the pharmacy who went above and beyond to make sure I got important medication on time despite many unexpected obstacles.
The woman at the pharmacy department needs to be better trained on customer service, to be rude to a customer, just for refusing a bag, no is not personal to the customer server.
After a horrible experience with this pharmacist and pharmacist admin as a real patient needing his medication, not to die, these folks did not take the time to properly verify insurance and prescription to confirm they can fulfill it.
