Took a prescription to them only to find out 30 minutes later that it was "too early to fill", so I said okay and they gave me a date later in the month when the prescription could be filled. They retained my paper prescription and never communicated with me again. That date came and went, so I gave them some time in good faith and called them about a week after. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I wanted to especially thank Chloe for being so awesome at her job! She just helped me solve an issue that had been preventing me from getting my medicine for over a month. She solved it seamlessly! Who ever I had talked to last said they couldn’t help me and that I’d have to figure it out. I wish I had talked to Chloe sooner! The pharmacy changed my prescription in their system because they were out of it. Then changed it for everything going forward and didn't notify me. The app showed the correct one, but they won't honor what was sent to them and are demanding i pay a second time to get my full month. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!
Very happy with this pharmacy. I needed an urgent prescription transferred and filled and they went out of their way to help me and even stay after to make sure it got all worked out. Thank you!
