Garrett was so rude. I was waiting for a prescription to be filled and asked to just let me know when it was ready he said “I’m not gonna be able to remember your name” I said no worries you can just wave whenever you have time and I’ll know that’s the sign it’s ready he states “like I said I’m doing 35 things right now I won’t be able to remember your name” ok rude.. no need to make me feel bad bc you can’t work under stress mind you there was no line at the pharmacy not a single person

I had a great experience with initially getting my vaccines here! But when I called a couple days later to ask some questions about side effects I was having, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the pharmacist on the phone. He told me to go to a government website to report my problems, but he didn’t even know what they were. I had to ask him “do you want to know what I’m experiencing before I go and report it?”. Took a prescription to them only to find out 30 minutes later that it was "too early to fill", so I said okay and they gave me a date later in the month when the prescription could be filled. They retained my paper prescription and never communicated with me again. That date came and went, so I gave them some time in good faith and called them about a week after.
